Arent we all just making our way to that place we ultimately wish to finish up... A place that perhaps only resides in our imagination, that is often the exact place we already inhabit.
Im not really sure what this is, ive gotta be honest... It started off as mess around in photoshop with a few images i liked the look of, and evolved into something resembling a journey from one place to another.
Dont know what to make of it, I think i could make it into 'something' if I was to finalize a theme perhaps.
all edited together in photoshop, about 120-130 layers... f'k knows how many hours, not that many.
Ive recently noticed my monitors brightness is higher than most.... Let me know if you find any detail to be too hidden.
Nice piece. Plenty of detail in there!.. nice use of texture too The sky reminds me of some retro arcade game.
The only crit would be that the title is off to the left a bit.. and its a bit dark on my comp, yeah.
I love the colour and the detail you have used in this piece, I especially love the work done in the cream colour at the bottom. It's like an explosion of light.
hello again bexie, i love that you love the detail, thanks. Its often the little things that make the biggest difference, and take the most time incorporating in.
The shape of that scene at the bottom is in fact formed from a burst of light into a cave entrance. I would have liked to have tried the scene within a spherical structure which may have complimented the overall look better.

Don't need to go somewhere.
Feel the sun and wind in your hair and
the thrill of seeing new places.
After the driving around is over, drive home tired but fuffilled.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
